Well, to answer your question, I really don't know much about Blogger. It reminds me of motime, where I used to have my blog. The only difference I see is that at LJ it seems to be easier to search for "like-minded" people (I say that loosely). I don't know anything about changing layouts, fonts, etc., over here.
